In 2026, Pretty Deadly is celebrating 10 years of empowerment... and we're evolving.

Pretty Deadly now focuses on structured self-defense programming for kids and teens, including trainer certification, curriculum, and professional education. This shift allows us to deliver clearer safeguards, age-appropriate instruction, and plug-and-play programs for schools, gyms, studios, and youth organizations.

Adult training, workshops, and in-person classes are now offered under a new name: SHIFT® — a broader movement and training methodology built on eight years of Pretty Deadly pedagogy, designed for adult learners and studio-based training.
