Warrior Workout Flow for mobility, flexibility and core strength

Warrior Workout Flow is a 25-minute full body workout that uses classic warrior asanas as the starting point that uses martial arts foundational movements to build toward a full functional flow. Targeting arms, legs and core, this challenging sequence of reps also refines hand-eye coordination and improves motor skills, in addition to improving mobility and flexibility.
The sequence flows from standing to floor, horse stance to half burpees and back to floor again, winding up with deep breath work to activate the entire system and your clients' day. Adaptations for beginners to advanced, with variations to eliminate burnout and keep the warrior challenge alive.
Choreographed to a Viking core soundtrack, this workout is available exclusively to certified Pretty Deadly Self Defense Instructors.
